Open GoodUs
Use the official GoodUs link to open the chat in your existing WhatsApp account, then say hi.
Agree & set up
Read the terms and privacy notice, agree to continue, then follow the prompts for your name, daily goal and diet preference.
Start your free trial
GoodUs confirms your 7-day trial is active after setup. No payment details are needed for the trial.
Choose a paid plan
Type /plan when you are ready. Choose R29 per month or R290 per year and follow the Paystack payment link sent in the chat.
Use your features
Keep using the same chat to log meals and movement. Type /menu for options or /status to check today’s totals.
Manage your membership
Type /plan to manage your membership, /billing for payments or /support for help. You can also email help@helpfully.co.za.
